Thank you for reaching out to us. The frequency of refilling calcite varies from user to user, depending on individual water usage. As a guideline, it's best to never let the calcite level drop below half full and to refill it to about the 2/3 mark. We recommend performing a visual inspection every month—simply shine a flashlight behind the tank and observe the shadow from the front to easily gauge the calcite level.
