Purchased ProOx Sidekick 2.0 Cu Ft in 2020 and need to replace media, what do use to filter iron? This or ProOx?

The original unit (5900 Air- Iron/Sulfur) came with what I think was called ProOx and Turbidex media along with gravel. Is this a blend of those already, and how much would I need for my unit (12x52" tank). If not, can you let me know what to buy, please, and how much? I also had KDF cubes, not sure if I should buy those again or not. I asked separately about a 7500 control valve because my original (Chandler) valve is not moving the piston all the way up to initiate backwash. Thanks for your response on that! Hello - For this, we recommend Pro-OX Lite which works really well and requires less backwash water. It comes from same producer as Pro-OX and is also sold as Pyrolox Advantage:
